1. Eligibility for Replacement
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Or significantly different from your order
You may be eligible for a replacement.
2. Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we will provide a replacement jersey with an equivalent model/design at no additional cost.
3. Request Timeframe
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request assistance.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
6. Processing Time
Once approved, replacement orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
